LausGroup CARES (Customer Assistance for Roadside Emergency Services)

As we remain committed to providing the best customer experience even beyond every sale, the LausGroup has launched the LausGroup CARES (Customer Assistance for Roadside Emergency Services) program to provide our customers with peace of mind, convenience, and safety through our 24/7 roadside assistance benefits, worth as much as Php. 32,500.00 for one (1) whole year in partnership with Assist & Assistance Concept, Inc. or AACI. Customers who purchased a vehicle from any participating LausAutoGroup dealership or secure a car insurance policy from Corporate Guarantee starting June 01, 2024, will be entitled to these benefits.

What Are The Benefits You Can Get?

Having the LausGroup 24/7 emergency roadside assistance can be incredibly beneficial, providing peace of mind and practical support in unexpected situations. Here is a summary of the benefits you can get.

I. Towing, Crane, & Minor Onsite Repairs

1.) Emergency Towing Assistance – ₱5,500 per event (12 to 16 kms.)

2.) Minor Onsite Repairs – ₱5,500.00 per event, i.e., change of flat tires, battery boosting/jumpstart, car locksmith services, emergency fuel delivery (except fuel cost).

3.) Assistance at Member’s residence or zero kilometer – ₱5,500 per event; Maximum of one event per year, towing only.

4.) Crane Services – ₱10,000.00 once per year

(Note: Aggregate of 3 events per year for 1 to 3. Covers Towing & Labor Cost only.)

II. Personal Auto Related Services

1.) Continuation of Journey – ₱3,000.00 once per year

2.) Hotel Accommodation – ₱3,000.00 once per year

3.) Hospital Admission Assistance

Terms and Conditions in Availing of the Benefits

I. Towing, Crane, & Minor Onsite Repairs

1.) Emergency Towing Assistance – ₱5,500 per event (12 to 16 kms.)

2.) Minor Onsite Repairs – ₱5,500.00 per event, i.e., change of flat tires, battery boosting/jumpstart, car locksmith services, emergency fuel delivery (except fuel cost).

3.) Assistance at Member’s residence or zero kilometer – ₱5,500 per event; Maximum of one event per year, towing only.

4.) Crane Services – ₱10,000.00 once per year

(Note: Aggregate of 3 events per year for 1 to 3. Covers Towing & Labor Cost only.)

❖ Vehicle Towed by MMDA or Other Local Traffic Authority

In case the Named Vehicle was towed by tow trucks under or designated by the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) or any other local traffic authority, AACI shall coordinate with MMDA/local traffic authority and tow the Named Vehicle from MMDA/impounding facility to the nearest or designated Workshop/Service Center.

 

If the Member paid for the MMDA/traffic authority towing service, the Member shall be reimbursed of the cost to the extent of the coverage limit.

❖ Towing for SLEX and NLEX and Other Toll Expressways

For the distressed Named Vehicle in expressways, the tollways exclusive towing provider will tow the Vehicle to the nearest exit.

 

At the exit, AACI accredited tow truck will tow the Vehicle and tow it to the nearest or designated Workshop/Service Center.

 

If the member paid for the toll expressway towing service, the Member shall be reimbursed of the cost to the extent of the coverage limit.

II. Personal Auto Related Services

1.) Continuation of Journey – ₱3,000.00 once per year subject to any of the following conditions:

a.) A Breakdown or Accident occurs at least forty-five (45) kilometers away from the Member’s usual place of residence or business;

b.) The Vehicle requires towing service to the nearest authorized Workshop/Service Center or

c.) The Vehicle cannot be repaired within forty-eight (48) hours.

2.) Hotel Accommodation – ₱3,000.00 once per year subject to any of the following conditions:

a.) A Breakdown or Accident occurs at least forty-five (45) kilometers away from the Member’s usual place of residence or business;

b.) As a result of the Breakdown or Accident, the Vehicle requires towing service to the nearest authorized Workshop/Service Center;

d.) AACI is unable to dispatch a tow truck vehicle within six (6) hours from time of advice of Breakdown or Accident.

3.) Hospital Admission Assistance

In case that the Member requires to be hospitalized due to accident involving the Named Vehicle, AACI will assist the Member in arranging for his hospital admission.

4.) Ambulance Arrangement Assistance in key cities nationwide

The Member may request AACI to assist in dispatching an ambulance in the event of a vehicular accident involving the Named Vehicle on best effort basis subject to availability, geographical limitations, weather, and traffic conditions. Cost of ambulance assistance shall be borne by the Member

5.) Emergency Message Relay Assistance

In the event of a Breakdown or Accident of the Named Vehicle, AACI shall endeavor to keep the Member’s next of kin, or such person as selected by the Member, informed through the most effective means of communication available.

6.) Program/Benefits Inquiry

The Member may contact AACI to inquire about his membership benefits and availment procedures.

III. Concierge Services

1.) Hotel, Resort, Restaurant & Special Events Reservation or Booking Assistance

When to Reimbursement?

Member may request for reimbursement in case member CALLS the Alarm Center to request assistance but:

1.) AACI cannot arrange to send an accredited towing provider to the breakdown site within a maximum of six (6) hours.

2.) AACI does not have an accredited provider in a covered territory, but Member was able to source out a non-accredited towing Provider.

3.) Members are within an MMDA area of responsibility and AACI has no way of beating the MMDA Tow Truck to the location.

4.) In the event of accident cases where the vehicle is towed by government-authorized Towing Providers.


Reimbursement Process

STEP 1: Client fills up the claim form (refer to sample below)

STEP 2: Client to submit Claim Form with Original Receipt (OR) and Member’s bank details to AACI operation’s email

STEP 3: AACI to process approved requests for reimbursement with complete requirements within 15-30 days from date of receipt.

STEP 4: AACI deposits the reimbursement to Member’s bank and sends proof of payment to Client’s email or FAX address.
