CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — The Metro Central Luzon Food Inc. (MCLFI), under the umbrella of The LausGroup of Companies, on Tuesday, October 10, opened two casual dining restaurants inside the LGC Complex in this city.
Through a partnership with the Max’s Group Inc., the MCLFI introduced leading Filipino food chains Pancake House and Dencio’s as part of the company’s Event Center restos.
MCLFI president Ma. Theresa Laus noted that the newly opened dining outlets are a testament that the company aims to further serve kabalens through new ventures and territories.
“These restaurants are dedicated to the people of Pampanga and the people of Central Luzon. This is our way of contributing to the development of the community,” she said.
“We’re very confident that our kababayans will support these new establishments, as this place was built with them in mind. We put a lot of resources to make this place as beautiful as possible because we believe that Kapampangans deserve a one-of-a-kind go-to destination that offers high-quality food at a reasonable price,” she added.
Pancake House COO Gretz Rivera expressed optimism that the two dining ventures will thrive in the area.
“In behalf of our president and CEO and the entire Max’s Group family, we want to thank and congratulate the whole LausGroup team headed by Sir Levy and Ma’am Tess,” he said.
“This is a very inspiring store. When I saw it the first time, I was really wowed, and thought, ‘What a way to relaunch Pancake House in the province of Pampanga.
It’s a game changer, and only visionaries like Sir Levy and Ma’am Tess can start this concept,” he furthered. Laus said that aside from the two new restaurants, MCLFI will also open American coffee chain brand The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.
She highlighted that the new dining outlets are poised to complement the soon-to-open Microtel inside the complex, as well as the LausGroup Event Centre. (Erika Mariel Gines)
