Haima Philippines toasts customers
HAIMA PHILIPPINES, one of the rising automotive brands in the country, recently feted its loyal clientele in a fitting Customer Appreciation Night at the LausGroup Event Centre.
Haima customers from all Haima Cars Dealerships were treated to a night filled with fun and festive activities such as raffle draws, entertaining performances, and delectable Chinese and Filipino food offerings and beer toasts.
According to Haima Philippines General Manager Donald Calma, the Customer Appreciation Night is the dealership’s expression of gratitude and dedication to their loyal customers who were with them from the very start since 2010.
“For a Chinese brand entering the Philippine market, it was initially hard. Our challenge is how to grow the business. What we did is that we strengthened our after-sales. This event is one way to reach out to our customers and thank them for their continuous patronage. They are the reason for our success.”
He noted that to date, “With our increasing number of customers, we can say that we are growing. Our customers can expect more from Haima Philippines as we are committed to bring in new Haima car models that are of high quality, technologically-advanced, and fuel-efficient.”
One of the highlight of the event is the unveiling of the newest Haima FSTAR Double Cab, the brand’s 5-seater utility vehicle with an 800-kilogram capacity and a 1.2 liter gasoline engine, max. power 91hp@ 6,000 rpm, max. torque 112Nm@4,000 rpm, a 5-speed manual transmission plus Euro IV compliant engine.
The dealership, exclusively distributed by LausAutoGroup, similarly exhibited some of Haima’s top vehicles including the Haima 2, Haima M3, FSTAR 5, FSTAR PC and Haima S5 –the brand’s smart SUV which follows the popular and trusted larger Haima 7 in the brand’s compact, sporty, and sleek line-up.

I do hope that they continue building good relationship and camaraderie with us.“ Raffle giveaways that were given in the Customer Appreciation Night were P3,000 worth of Sodexo gift certificates and roundtrip airfare tickets for two to Singapore, plus hotel accommodation for four days and three nights and tickets to Universal Studios Singapore for the grand prize.
The winners of the 10 Sodexo gift certificates were Amor Malit, Gabriele Moras, Maria Cecilla Bendero, Liam Tayag, Jasper Ian Gonzales, Rowena Serrano, Marie Evelyn de Guzman, Teresita Basilio, Jai Naron and Marietta Lagman, while Maria Cecilla Bendero took home the trip for two to Singapore.
