Los Banos, Laguna - CLTV36 wins honors in the Gandingan 2018: The 12th University of the Philippines Los Banos (UPLB) Isko’t Iska’s Multi-Media Awards, held last March 17, 2018.

So to Speak and Legal Matters bagged the Most Development-Oriented Community-Based Talk Show and Most Development-Oriented Community-Based Public Service Program, respectively. This is the second time that So to Speak won in the said category. Winners were chosen by a panel of broadcasting professors, UPLB university student council members, and students.

CLTV36 Vice President Billy San Juan and Legal Matters host Atty. Butch Jamon accepted the awards and thanked the UP Community Broadcasters Society (UPComBroadSoc) for encouraging and promoting the creation of programs aimed at the development of Filipinos.

The Gandingan Awards is organized by the UPComBroadSoc and is is participated by national and regional media outfits. This year, the award giving body tackled the issue of peace through its theme “Lipad Tungo sa Kapayapaan”.
